Magnefy, Inc. ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website magnefyhq.com and the Magnefy transformer fault-prediction platform (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from visitors and prospective customers, how we use it, and the rights you have regarding it.

Magnefy's core Service processes operational and electromagnetic sensor telemetry submitted by utility clients and industrial operators in connection with their transformer fleet monitoring programs. That operational data is processed solely to generate fault-prediction alerts, asset health scores, and maintenance guidance for those clients. The present Policy governs how the Company handles information it receives from visitors to magnefyhq.com and from individuals who contact us, request a demo, or create a console account -- not the handling of client-submitted transformer telemetry, which is governed by the applicable client service agreement.

Magnefy is a B2B platform; the information we receive from individuals on our website is used narrowly and does not support consumer advertising. Specifically, we use information to:

• Respond to inquiries and evaluate pilot and demo requests from utility operators and industrial facilities;
• Operate, maintain, and improve magnefyhq.com and the Magnefy platform;
• Send product updates and, with your consent where required, information about grid engineering topics relevant to transformer maintenance;
• Manage console accounts and authenticate platform access for authorized users;
• Detect, investigate, and prevent unauthorized access or abuse;
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information for monetary value, and we do not use information collected on this website to train machine-learning models without explicit written consent.

6. Data Retention

• Demo and contact inquiry records are retained for 24 months from the date of last contact, then deleted;
• Console account records are retained for the duration of the account and for 12 months following account closure;
• Inactive marketing-list contacts are purged after 24 months without engagement;
• Web server access logs are retained for 90 days, then aggregated or deleted.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including TLS encryption in transit, restricted-access databases, and least-privilege access controls for personnel. Console credentials are stored using industry-standard password hashing. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security, and we encourage users to use strong passwords and to contact us promptly at [email protected] if they suspect unauthorized access to their account.

8. Your General Rights

9. Pennsylvania Residents

Pennsylvania does not currently have a comprehensive consumer privacy statute. As a matter of policy, the Company extends the following baseline rights to all U.S. residents regardless of state of residence.
