The pilot is free for 3 months on up to 20 transformers. There is no license fee, no installation charge, and no hidden service costs during the pilot period. We cover sensor hardware, cloud processing, and engineering support throughout. The only costs on your side are the 1-2 field hours for installation per asset and whatever internal resources you allocate to reviewing alerts.

If you move to a Professional or Enterprise contract, the sensor hardware transfers to you as part of the subscription. If you choose not to continue after the pilot, we retrieve the sensors. The sensors are calibrated to communicate with our platform exclusively and cannot be repurposed for other monitoring systems.

The Professional tier is billed annually at $3,200 per month, covering up to 100 transformer assets. The annual commitment is required for Professional pricing. If you need monthly billing or mid-year scaling above 100 assets, contact us to discuss Enterprise terms. Per-asset pricing for fleets between 20 and 100 units is available on request.

At 90 days we deliver a pilot results report: every alert generated, each alert's confirmation status, the fault types detected, detection lead time, and a summary of fleet health observations across all monitored assets. You receive the full report before any commercial conversation. There is no pressure to convert and no auto-enrollment in a paid tier.

Yes. The 20-transformer limit is a maximum for the free pilot, not a minimum. Organizations with smaller fleets or those that want to start with a subset of higher-risk assets can begin with as few as 5 units. We typically recommend starting with assets that have a documented watch status from prior oil analysis or thermal inspection, which gives the pilot the best chance of producing a confirmed detection result within 90 days.
